Amber joined Keystone Financial Management in 2001 as the firm Receptionist shortly after attending Kutztown University.

Within one year as a member of the Keystone Financial Management family, Amber transitioned into the role of Recruiting and Licensing Coordinator.  For six years she assisted with firm growth and development.

In 2008 Amber took on the role as the Compliance Coordinator and after several years of dedicated training with the home office, firm management and supervision delegates she has attained the title which she has today of Director, Operations and Compliance.  

Since late 2010, Amber has managed the firm’s Administrative Support Staff, daily operations of the firm, as well as new hire training and development. 

She currently holds her Pennsylvania Life, Accident, Health and Annuity License, as well has her FINRA Series 7 General Securities Representative registration.
