Luca was born and raised in Rome, Italy. He joined Keystone Financial Management in October of 2005. Prior to joining KFM, he attended law school at the University La Sapienza in Rome, was a business owner of an agricultural company from 1991-2001, was a Choice Airman in the Italian Air Force from 1997 to 1998, worked in Marketing in 2001, and practiced as a paralegal in Rome from 2002 to 2003. Luca is fluent in four languages, is an avid tennis player and member of the United States Tennis association. He loves to play soccer as well as watch soccer being played professionally. Luca is a member of NAIFA as well as the Sons of Italy.
