Bill is a graduate of Easton Area High School class of 1979 and Lehigh University class of 1983. He started in the financial services industry with Prudential Ins. in 1984 and qualified for Prudential’s Business Conference from 1985-1989. Then, in 1990, he was promoted to Sales Manager and built his staff to a top five ranking out of 800 in the eastern region.  Bill left Prudential Ins. in 1995 to join Waddell & Reed as Managing Principal in Wyomissing, PA. During his time with W&R he qualified as a Gold Cameo, Circle of Champions for nine consecutive years (1996-2004) and won the W&R Stepping Stone Award before making his move to Keystone in November of 2009. In 2008 Bill started Rambo+ Associates, LLC, this firm is committed to training, development, and motivation of students, business professionals and business owners. Bill currently lives in Easton with his wife, Kelly, a partner at the law firm Cohen & Feely, PC and has three children, Will, Grace & Luke.
