Thomas Nikles, ChFC®

President & CEO

For over three decades, Tom has been building lasting relationships with financial clients and his fellow advisors. An attendee of West Point and a 1982 Lehigh University graduate with a BS in Finance, Tom began his career as a Marketing Representative for the John Hancock Financial Network. As a leading representative, he successfully built his own clientele and was pursued for a career in management.

Throughout the 1990s, he built a successful team of leading representatives and eventually became Chief Operating Officer during the formation of Keystone Financial Management in January of 2001. In January 2007, Tom became the President and Chief Executive Officer. He enjoys Keystone’s flexibility and freedom to balance family, friendships, and career. He also takes pride in building the business the way he wants to alongside a broker-dealer and enjoys the benefits of a day’s hard work and job well done.

Tom is a resident of Lakeville, PA where he resides with his wife, Christine. Tom is also the proud father of two grown children, Amber and Eric and his grandson Hudson!

The Hall of Fame was an elite group of financial representatives of former broker-dealer Signator Investors, Inc. and the John Hancock family of companies.  To be included in the HOF, inductees need to qualify for the ACE award 15 times.
